Before you start
- A survey form (choose an NPS or feedback starting point in Forms & surveys).
The steps at a glance
1In the menu on the left, tap Forms & surveys. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
2Tap New form and choose a survey or NPS starting point. Save it and switch on Form is live.
3In Settings, turn on Follow up unhappy answers and Show your review buttons on the thank-you screen.
4Open a customer, tap Send survey, choose the Form and Send by (email, text, WhatsApp or Just give me the link).
5Open Responses to see NPS, Average stars and every answer.
