1. The service
CompanyFlow provides hosted tools for lead capture, customer relationship management, email marketing, optional WhatsApp and SMS automation, team administration and HR workflows. Some functions depend on third-party accounts, approvals and charges.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly remove access for people who should no longer use the workspace. A workspace owner confirms they are authorised to act for the organisation and to invite team members.
3. Lawful communications
You may contact people only when permitted by applicable privacy, direct-marketing and telecommunications law. You are responsible for consent, suppression lists, message content, approved WhatsApp templates and honouring opt-outs. CompanyFlow may restrict sending that threatens deliverability, safety or provider rules.
4. HR and sensitive information
You are responsible for deciding what employee and applicant information is appropriate to store, setting correct user permissions and meeting employment and data-protection duties. CompanyFlow does not provide legal, tax, payroll or employment advice.
5. Plans, trials and third-party charges
Published plan limits apply to each workspace. Any trial may end or convert only after clear notice and checkout authorisation. Advertising spend, Twilio, Meta, Google, email-provider and other third-party fees are separate unless a written plan states otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use CompanyFlow for spam, unlawful discrimination, deception, malware, harassment, scraping without permission, credential theft or unauthorised access. Do not interfere with service security, exceed documented rate limits or resell access in a misleading way.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party APIs can change, reject messages or require verification. We may make proportionate changes for security, law, performance or product improvement and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Your data and exports
You retain rights in data you lawfully submit. You permit CompanyFlow and its processors to use it only to operate, secure and support the service. Workspace owners can export operational data from the Production Centre. Verified deletion requests may be subject to necessary legal or security retention.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompanyFlow is not responsible for lost advertising spend, provider suspension, undelivered communications, decisions based on dashboard data or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Contact and governing law
Contact support@companyflowhq.com or write to CompanyFlowHQ, 117 St Paul’s Avenue, Harrow, HA3 9PT, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
