Ask customers for reviews
Ask happy customers for Google reviews automatically, and hear unhappy ones privately first.
Before you start
- Your Google review link (from Google Business Profile).
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Reviews in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Reviews box).
Turn on Review requests on.
Under Review links → Where should people review you?, paste your Google review link.
Pick Send by, then under Automatic requests choose Ask automatically when… (e.g. a booking is attended).
Tap Save changes. To ask one person now, open them and tap Ask for a review.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The Reviews page shows Requests sent, Opened and Clicked a review link.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou pasted your Google Maps page link.FixUse the “Ask for reviews” link from Google Business Profile — it opens the review box straight away.
