Build a form

Build an enquiry form that adds leads, or a survey — with a live preview.

The steps at a glance

Step 1 of 5

In the menu on the left, tap Forms & surveys. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap New form and pick a starting point.
In Questions, tap Add a question. Choose the Answer type and tick Required if needed.
In Settings, set the Send button text and Thank-you message. Keep Add new people as leads on for enquiry forms.
Tap Save, then switch on Form is live.

✅ How do I know it worked?

Open the form link, send a test, and see it under Responses (and in Leads).

⚠️ Common mistakes

Problem“You have unsaved changes.”FixTap Save so people see the latest version.

Problem“Only owners, admins and managers can change forms.”FixAsk one of them to edit the form.
