What the code looks like
Find it: Forms & surveys → Share → Copy codePaste it: Your website page, in an HTML / embed code block
Not this: <iframe src="…/f/…?embed=1"> — that's the simple version for builders that block scripts. Use one or the other, not both.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Your form shows on the page. Send a test — it appears under Responses.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYour builder strips out <script>.FixUse the Simple iframe code instead.
ProblemThe form won't show on your site.FixCheck Only allow these websites to show the form — add your domain or leave it empty.
