Add the tracking code to your website

Add one tracking line to your website to see visitors, where they come from and what brings enquiries. No cookies.

Where to find it: Website → Settings → Add a website Owners and admins 6 min

Before you start

  • You can edit your website's <head>, or ask whoever built it.

  1. In the menu on the left, tap Website. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.

  2. Tap Settings, then Add a website.

  3. Type a Name (e.g. Main website) and the Website address (e.g. example.com). Tap Add website.

  4. Under Tracking line, tap Copy. It starts with <script src=… and ends with …defer></script>.

  5. Paste it before </head> on every page. WordPress: a plugin like “WPCode” → Header & Footer → Header. Wix: Settings → Custom code → Add custom code → All pages, Head.

  6. Back here, tap Check installation. Then open your website in another tab.

Find it: Website → Settings → your website → Tracking linePaste it: Your website, before </head>, on every page

Not this: G-XXXXXXXXXX (Google Analytics) — that's Google's code. This line is CompanyFlowHQ's own tracking — they can run side by side.

✅ How do I know it worked?

  • It says We received a visit … and Overview shows On your websites now.

⚠️ Common mistakes

ProblemYou pasted it in the <body> of one page only.FixPut it in the <head> of every page (your builder's “all pages” header code).
ProblemYou pressed Make a new tracking line.FixThe old line stops working straight away. Paste the new one into your website.
ProblemYour own visits are counted.FixUse Don't count your own browser in Settings.
