Send automatic follow-up emails (sequences)

Send automatic WhatsApp, text and email follow-ups that stop as soon as someone replies or books.

Before you start

Step 1 of 6

In the menu on the left, tap Automations. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap Follow-up sequences, then Create your own sequence (or edit a ready-made one).
Give it a Sequence name and choose When a new lead arrives, When a lead books an appointment or When I enrol leads (uploads).
Tap Add a step. Choose the Step type (WhatsApp, text, email, task…), how long to wait, and the Message. Use Insert a personal detail for their name.
Keep Stop when they reply and Stop when they book on. Set Quiet hours so nobody gets messages at night.
Tap Test on a lead to see exactly what they'd get and when (nothing is sent). Then tap Save and switch it on.

The sequence says On — running automatically and shows In it now numbers.
