The steps at a glance
1In the menu on the left, tap Automations. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
2Scroll to What happens automatically to see every flow that's running.
3Tap Assistant. Type an instruction like “Create a booking link for Priya” and tap Run.
4The assistant always asks before changing anything. Check it and tap Confirm.
5On a board, open Automations → Add automation: choose When (e.g. status changes) and Then (e.g. notify someone).

- Confirmed actions appear under Recent actions (also in your audit log).
