You're an owner or admin.

The steps at a glance

Step 1 of 5

In the menu on the left, tap Integrations. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Scroll to Automatic lead response.
Turn on Tell me about new leads, Email follow-up, WhatsApp follow-up or Text message follow-up.
Edit Email subject, Email message and Text message.
Tap Save automatic follow-up.
