Send email from your own domain (Resend)

Send thank-you emails, lead alerts and newsletters from your own domain using a free Resend account.

Before you start

A free account at resend.com with your domain added and verified.

The steps at a glance

Step 1 of 5

Open Settings and tap Connect your accounts at the top.
On the Email card (via Resend), tap Connect.
Paste the Resend API key (starts re_). Fill in Send from, Sender name and Business postal address.
In Resend, add a webhook to the Webhook address for Resend shown here, and paste its secret (starts whsec_).
Tap Save securely, then Send a test.

Find it: resend.com → API Keys → Create API key (Full access)Paste it: Settings → Connect your accounts → Email → Resend API key

Not this: whsec_… — that's the webhook signing secret. It goes in the last box.

✅ How do I know it worked?

The card shows Last test worked and Sends from hello@yourbusiness.co.uk.

⚠️ Common mistakes

Problem“Send from” is a Gmail address.FixUse an address on the domain you verified in Resend, like hello@yourbusiness.co.uk.

ProblemTest fails with “domain not verified”.FixAdd the DNS records Resend shows you, wait, then press Verify in Resend.
