Change many leads at once (bulk actions)
Tick many people at once to assign, move stage, set priority, message, ask for reviews, export or delete.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Leads. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tick the box next to each person (or Select this page). On a phone, press and hold a person.
A bar appears at the bottom: Assign, Move stage, Priority / VIP, Message, Review request, Export, Delete.
Pick the details in the sheet that opens and confirm. You can Undo straight after.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- A message says how many were changed, e.g. “2 leads exported.”
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou want everyone who matches the filter, not just this page.FixTap Select all … matching in the blue bar.
ProblemDelete is missing.FixOnly owners and admins can delete. You'll need to type DELETE to confirm.
