Save a filtered list of leads

Save a filter you use often, like “Hot, not called this week”, as a one-tap list.

  1. In the menu on the left, tap Leads. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.

  2. In the Saved lists row, tap Save list.

  3. Give it a List name, then choose Stage, Lead temperature, Assigned to, Not contacted for and more.

  4. Tick Share with my team if everyone should see it, then save.

  • The list appears as a chip in Saved lists. Tap it any time.

⚠️ Common mistakes
