Answer website visitors in Live chat
Chat with people on your website in real time and turn them into leads.
Before you start
- The chat bubble is on your website (see Add the chat bubble to your website).
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
In the menu on the left, tap Live chat. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Use Open, Mine, Unassigned or Closed, then tap a chat.
Type in Your reply and tap Send reply. Type / to use a saved reply.
Tap Create lead under Visitor details (or Open lead if they're known).
Tap End chat when you're done.
