Answer Instagram and Messenger messages
Answer Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger in your Inbox.
Before you start
- Your Instagram is a Professional account linked to your Facebook Page.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Social. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
In Accounts, tap Connect Facebook Pages and include your Instagram account.
Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Inbox in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Inbox settings box).
Tap Switch on messages for my Pages.

- DMs appear in Inbox with an Instagram or Messenger badge.
