Connect your social media accounts
Connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky and more so you can post from one place.
Before you start
- You're an admin of the Facebook Page / business account you want to connect.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
In the menu on the left, tap Social. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap the Accounts tab, then Add account (or Connect).
Tap the network. For Facebook and Instagram, tap Connect Facebook Pages.
Sign in and allow CompanyFlowHQ. Pick the Pages and accounts it may post to.
Under Posting times, choose days and times, then Save times.
What the code looks like
Find it: Bluesky → Settings → Privacy and security → App passwords → Add App PasswordPaste it: Social → Accounts → Connect Bluesky → App password
Not this: your Bluesky login password — never use your main password here.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The account shows Connected with a green dot.
⚠️ Common mistakes
Problem“We couldn't find any Facebook Pages you manage.”FixMake sure you're an admin of the Page and ticked it when Facebook asked.
ProblemA network says “Reminder mode”.FixThat network isn't approved for automatic posting yet. You get a reminder with everything ready to paste.
