Plan and publish social posts

Write one post, get the right version for every network, and schedule it.

Before you start

At least one social account connected.

The steps at a glance

Step 1 of 5

In the menu on the left, tap Social. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap New post.
Under Where to post, tick the accounts.
Type your text. Add photos under Pictures and video, or tap Design an image / Create with AI.
Under When to post, pick a date and time, then tap Schedule. Or Add to queue to use your next free posting time.

✅ How do I know it worked?

The post appears on the Calendar and in Queue, then under Posted.

⚠️ Common mistakes

ProblemYour button says Send for approval.FixStaff posts need an owner, admin or manager to approve. They'll see it in Approvals.

ProblemInstagram rejected the post.FixInstagram needs at least one picture or video.
