Run and approve ads
Create Facebook and Instagram ads with spending limits, owner approval and real results from your CRM.
Before you start
- A Facebook ad account with a payment method (you pay Facebook directly).
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
In the menu on the left, tap Ads. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap Connect Facebook ads and tick the ad accounts this workspace uses.
Tap Create ad. Answer What do you want from this ad?
Add a Picture or video, write your text, choose Where (towns or countries), Age from and a budget.
Tap Launch ad (owners) or Send for approval (everyone else).
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The ad shows under Your ads with Spent, Leads and Customers.
