Set up inbox auto-replies and assignment
Switch the inbox on and turn new Facebook and Instagram senders into leads.
Before you start
- You're an owner or admin.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Inbox in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Inbox settings box).
Turn on Use the inbox.
Turn on Turn new Facebook and Instagram senders into leads if you want every first message added to Leads.
Under Facebook Messenger and Instagram, tap Switch on messages for my Pages.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Send your Page a message from a personal account. It appears in Inbox within seconds.
