Make your own role, like “Receptionist”, with exactly the areas and actions they need.

  1. Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Roles & permissions in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Roles & permissions box).

  2. Tap New role. Start from a template, or From scratch.

  3. Type a Role name. Choose Which records they see, tick the Areas they can open and What they can do.

  4. Tap Create role, then add people under Team members.

  • The person only sees the menu items you ticked.

⚠️ Common mistakes
