Choose what each person can see
Tick which parts of the app each person can use. Anything you don't tick is hidden from them completely.
Before you start
- You're an owner or admin.
- The person has a login.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
In the menu on the left, tap Team & HR. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap People, then tap the person's name.
Tap the Access tab.
Tap Everything, Website & analytics only, Marketing only or Sales only. Or tick each section yourself.
Tap Save. They see the change the next time they open a page.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Sections you didn't tick are gone from their menu, search and Command Centre.
- If they open a hidden page's address, they only see This page isn't available.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou can't change the owner.FixOwners always see everything.
ProblemYou can't change your own access.FixAsk another owner or admin to do it.
ProblemSettings → Roles & permissions shows Personal access for them.FixThat's the access you ticked here. Tap What can they see? to change it.
