Log and make calls
Call people from your business number, log how calls went and hear voicemails.
Before you start
- For calling through your business number: Twilio connected (Settings → Connect your accounts).
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
In the menu on the left, tap Calls. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Under My phone, type your mobile and tap Save. We ring you first, then connect you.
Open a lead and tap Call via business number. Answer your phone to be connected.
In the lead's Calls tab, choose How did the call go?, add notes and tap Log a call.
On Calls, use Show → Missed or Voicemails.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The call appears in Calls and on the lead's Timeline.
