The steps at a glance

In the menu on the left, tap Leads. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.

Open the person and tap Call to ring them from your own phone, or WhatsApp to open their chat. In WhatsApp, tap the phone icon at the top to make a WhatsApp call.

When you come back to the app, How did it go? pops up. Tap a result such as Answered or No answer, check the minutes and add a short note.
Not ready to log it? Tap Skip and it's saved as Not logged.

Under Next follow-up, tap Tomorrow 10am, In 3 days, Next week or Custom, then tap Save. A follow-up task is added to the person.

Called them from another phone? Open the person and tap Log a call to add it by hand.

Owners and admins: open Calls, find Call settings, choose Default country for phone numbers and what the big Call button does, then tap Save.
✅ How do I know it worked?
The call shows on the person's Timeline and on the Calls page.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemA warning says the person asked not to be contacted.FixThey opted out or replied STOP. Only call if they asked you to call them.
ProblemThe call goes to the wrong country.FixSave numbers with the country code (+94 77…), or ask an owner to set Default country for phone numbers.
Problem“How did it go?” didn't pop up.FixIt shows when you come back to the app at least 5 seconds later. You can always tap Log a call.
