Talk to your team in Team chat
Message your colleagues in channels or one-to-one, and discuss a lead in its own thread.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Team chat. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap New channel, type a Name (like sales-team), tick Private if needed, then Create channel.
Tap New message and choose a teammate for a direct message.
On a lead, tap Discuss in Team chat. It opens a thread just for that person.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Your message appears and teammates see a red number on Team chat.
⚠️ Common mistakes
Problem“Team chat is switched off”.FixAn owner or admin can switch it on in Settings → Business type & lead fields → Modules.
