Get into your workspace: Face ID, Google or Microsoft, an email link, or your email and password — then a quick second check.

- Your work email. Staff: open your invitation link the very first time (see How your team signs in).

- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Face ID, Google, Microsoft, an email link or your password
- CompanyFlowHQ → Your phone: Asks for your second step
- Your phone → CompanyFlowHQ: Face ID or a 6-digit code
- CompanyFlowHQ → You: You're in. Tick Remember this device for 30 days on your own device
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
Go to companyflowhq.com/login (or open the app from your home screen) and make sure Sign in is chosen at the top.
Tap Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint, Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Email me a sign-in link — whichever you set up.
Under or use your password, type your Work email and Password, then tap Sign in.
Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or email (or use Face ID), then tap Verify and sign in.
On your own phone or computer, tick Remember this device for 30 days to skip this step for a month.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- You land on your first page (usually the Command Centre) and your name shows at the top right.
⚠️ Common mistakes
Problem“Email or password is incorrect.”FixCheck the email for typos, then tap Forgot password? — or use Email me a sign-in link instead.
ProblemYou made a brand-new, empty workspace by mistake.FixStaff must join with the invitation link from their manager, not New workspace.
Problem“Too many sign-in attempts.”FixWait the minutes it says, or reset your password: that lifts the wait straight away.
