Reset a forgotten password

Reset your password with an email link if you can't remember it.

Access to your work email.

The steps at a glance

On the sign-in page, tap Forgot your password?
Type your Work email and tap Email me a reset link.
Open the email, tap the link, type the new password twice and tap Save new password.

You see Password updated and can tap Sign in now.
