Link your Google or Microsoft account once, then sign in with one tap — no password to remember.

- A Google or Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365) account.
How it works
How it works, step by step
- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Tap Link a Google account in Sign-in methods
- CompanyFlowHQ → Google or Microsoft: Opens Google's or Microsoft's own sign-in page
- Google or Microsoft → CompanyFlowHQ: Confirms it's you (we never see that password)
- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Next time: one tap on Continue with Google
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Security in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Sign-in methods box).
In Sign-in methods, tap Link a Google account or Link a Microsoft account.
Sign in on Google's or Microsoft's page and tap Allow (or Continue). You come straight back.
For your safety we may ask you to confirm it's you first — type your current password, or sign in again.
On the sign-in page, tap Continue with Google (or Continue with Microsoft).
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The account is listed in Sign-in methods with “last used”. You see “Google sign-in added.”
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemUnlink is greyed out.FixIt's your only way in. Tap Set a password or link another account first.
