Change the email you sign in with
Your sign-in email is fixed, so nobody can quietly take over your account. Here's how to move to a new address.
Before you start
- Staff: your manager. Owners: a few minutes to contact support.
How it works
How it works, step by step
- You → Owner or admin: Ask to be added again with your new email
- Owner or admin → CompanyFlowHQ: Add person with the new email
- CompanyFlowHQ → Your new email: Sends a private invitation (7 days)
- Your new email → You: You open it and set up your login
- Owner or admin → CompanyFlowHQ: Disable login on the old address

Step 1 of 4
Tap your name at the top right, then My profile. Sign-in email shows the address you use.

- You sign in with the new email and see the same workspace.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou only want to sign in with a different Google or Microsoft account.FixNo need to change anything: link it in Settings → Security → Sign-in methods.
ProblemYou signed up again with the new email and got an empty workspace.FixThat's a separate company. Use an invitation from your workspace instead.
