Import leads from a spreadsheet (CSV)

Upload a spreadsheet of people. We tidy it, spot duplicates and let you check before importing.

Before you start

A CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file, up to 5,000 rows and 5 MB.
From Google Sheets: File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv), or paste the sheet link.

Step 1 of 6

In the menu on the left, tap Leads. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap Upload Leads.
Tap Choose file and pick your spreadsheet. Or paste a Google Sheets link and tap Read this sheet.
For each column, pick what it is: Full name, Phone / mobile / WhatsApp, Email… Choose Don’t import for columns you don't need.
Tap Check the data. You'll see New people, Already in the system — will be merged, Duplicates inside the file and Rows with problems.
Give it a name under Name this upload, then tap Import … rows.

The progress bar finishes and shows New leads, Merged and With problems.
Tap Open these leads to see them. They're also listed in Uploads.

ProblemEveryone's full name went into First name.FixGo back to Match columns and choose Full name for that column — we split it for you.

ProblemThe file is .numbers or .pdf.FixSave it as CSV or Excel (.xlsx) first.
