If the same email or phone number enquires again within 24 hours, we add it to their existing lead. You'll see “This person enquired in the last 24 hours…”.
When you upload a spreadsheet, Check the data shows Already in the system — will be merged and Duplicates inside the file.
07700 900123, +44 7700 900123 and 0044 7700900123 are treated as the same number.
