Create vouchers and discount codes
Create discount codes like SUMMER10 and sell or give gift vouchers.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Loyalty. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap Discount codes → New code. Type the Code, pick Percentage off or Amount off, and set Limits.
Under Where it works, tick invoices and/or the online booking page. Tap Save code.
Tap Gift vouchers → New voucher. Choose How is it paid?, fill in buyer and recipient, then Create voucher.
What the code looks like
Find it: Loyalty → Gift vouchers → the voucherPaste it: “Have a code?” box on the invoice, pay page or booking page
Not this: SUMMER10 — that's a discount code. Both go in the same box, but vouchers carry a balance.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Customers type the code in Have a code? and tap Apply — the price drops.
