Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Security in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Security box).

Tap the Activity & threats card.

In Tell your team about this, tap Copy message and send it to your staff. Then tap I've told my team.
Staff also see a short notice once, the next time they open the app.

Use the tabs: Live now (who is online), People, Alerts, Search and Settings.

Tap Search, choose Record, and type a lead's name. You see who opened it, and when.

Tap Check now. Why: every entry is sealed, so nobody can quietly change or delete it.
✅ How do I know it worked?
You see who is online, a list of people with their usual hours, and No open alerts. Everything looks normal.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemA staff member asks what is recorded.FixSign-ins (time, place, device), pages opened and records opened, exported, changed or deleted. Never messages, keystrokes or their screen.
ProblemAn admin wants to see the record.FixThey can't. Only the owner can see it, on purpose.
ProblemYou never told your team.FixCopy the message now and send it. Recording people without telling them isn't fair or lawful.
