Check your security centre
Owners and admins: require two-step sign-in for the team and see who did what in the activity log.
Before you start
- You're an owner or admin.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 3
Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Security in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Security box).
Turn on Require two-step sign-in for owners and admins (recommended). People without it see a reminder until they set it up.
Scroll to Activity log. Filter by Type of activity, Person or date. Tap CSV to download.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Team members see Set up now → at the top of their pages until they've turned it on.
⚠️ Common mistakes
