Review a paused account or security alert
When the watch pauses someone's account, check why, then release it, keep it paused or lock it down.

How it works, step by step
- Staff member → CompanyFlowHQ: Does something risky, like a huge export
- CompanyFlowHQ → Staff member: Pauses the account and signs them out
- CompanyFlowHQ → You (the owner): Phone notification and email
- You (the owner) → CompanyFlowHQ: Reads Why we flagged this
- You (the owner) → CompanyFlowHQ: Taps Release: false alarm or Keep paused
- CompanyFlowHQ → Staff member: Released: they can sign in again
The steps at a glance
1Tap the phone notification or the email link. Or open Activity & threats and tap Alerts.
2Read Why we flagged this and Where it happened. Ask: was this normal work for them?
A paused person is signed out everywhere until you decide.
3Tap See everything they did for the full list, newest first.
4It was normal work? Tap Release: false alarm. They can sign in again.
The same pattern from the same place and device isn't flagged again for 30 days.
5Tap Keep paused while you talk to them.
6Tap New password and sign out everywhere. If a strange internet address is shown, tap Block too.
Switch off this account stops them signing in at all, until you switch it back on in Team & HR.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The alert shows Released, Kept paused, New password required or Address blocked.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYour own account is flagged.FixOwners are never paused. If it wasn't you, tap Go to sign-in security and change your password.
ProblemToo many false alarms.FixChoose Relaxed in the watch Settings, or add your office as a trusted address.
