Add products and services to your catalogue

Keep a price list of products and services to pick from on quotes, invoices and pages.

Where to find it: Payments → Products & services For everyone 5 min

The steps at a glance

Step 1 of 4

In the menu on the left, tap Payments. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap Products & services, then Add item (or Add your first item).
Fill in Name, Price (before VAT), VAT, Per and Category. Tap Save.
Tap Import, Download the template, fill it in, save as CSV and tap Choose a CSV file.

✅ How do I know it worked?

On a new invoice, Pick from price list shows your item.
