Choose your business type (industry pack)
Pick your kind of business so the right fields, stages, booking types and words are set up for you.

- You're an owner or admin.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
Tap Settings in the menu and scroll down to the Industry & setup box.
In Industry & setup, tap the pack closest to your business. You'll see exactly what it adds.
Tap Make it my main pack (uses its wording) or Add on (keep my wording).
Under Make it yours, use the tabs Wording, Stages, Booking types, Dashboard tiles and Checklists to change anything.
Tap Save wording (or Save stages, Save tiles). The menu and pages now use your words.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The pill next to Industry & setup shows your pack's name with a tick.
- The menu uses your words, e.g. “Students” instead of “Leads”.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemAutomations from the pack aren't sending.FixPack automations are added switched off on purpose. Check and switch them on in Automations.
ProblemYou want to undo renamed words.FixIn Wording, tap Reset to standard words.
