Add your logo and colours (branding)

Put your logo, colours and business name on everything clients see.

Where to find it: Settings → Branding & domains Owners and admins 5 min

Before you start

Your logo as a PNG (a see-through background looks best).

The steps at a glance

Step 1 of 4

Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Branding & domains in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Branding and domains box).
Fill in Business name clients see and Email sender name. Add your logo.
Choose your main and second colours. The Preview shows how client pages will look.
Tap Save branding. Plans that allow it can tick Hide “Powered by CompanyFlowHQ”.

✅ How do I know it worked?

Open your booking page or portal — your logo and colours are there.
