Use your own domain
Show your booking page, portal and landing pages on your own address, like portal.yourbusiness.com.
Before you start
- You can log in where you bought your domain (GoDaddy, 123 Reg, Cloudflare…).
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Branding & domains in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Branding and domains box).
Under Your own web address, type it (e.g. portal.yourbusiness.com) and tap Add.
You'll see a table: Type, Name / Host, Value / Points to. Usually one CNAME and one TXT record.
Log in where you bought the domain, open DNS settings, and add each record exactly as shown.
Back here, tap Check again. It can take from a few minutes to a few hours.
What the code looks like
Find it: Settings → Branding and domains → the records tablePaste it: Your domain company's DNS settings
Not this: portal.yourbusiness.com.yourbusiness.com — some DNS providers add your domain for you. Type only “portal” in Name / Host.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The status says Live: your pages are working on this address.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou typed the whole address in Name / Host.FixMost providers want just “portal”. The table shows both — use the short one.
ProblemYou used your main domain (yourbusiness.com) that already has a website.FixUse a sub-address like portal. or book. so your website keeps working.
ProblemCloudflare DNS shows an orange cloud.FixSet the CNAME to “DNS only” (grey cloud).
