Get a document signed (Sign)

Send a contract or form to be signed on any phone, with a signed PDF and a full record.

Where to find it: Menu → Sign → New document For everyone 5 min

Before you start

The signer's name and email (or mobile).

The steps at a glance

Step 1 of 5

In the menu on the left, tap Sign. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap New document.
Tap Use a template or Upload a PDF (up to 15 MB). Give it a Document name. Tap Next.
Add each person's Full name, Email and Mobile. Tap Add me to counter-sign if you sign too. Tap Next.
Check the message, Link expires after and Automatic reminders, then tap Send for signature.

✅ How do I know it worked?

The document shows Waiting, then Completed. Tap Download signed PDF.
