Connect your Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailbox
Connect an Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox with “Sign in with Microsoft” — no password needed.
Before you start
- Your Microsoft 365 work account, or an Outlook.com account.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Mail. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap Add mailbox and type your Microsoft email address. Tap Continue.
Tap Sign in with Microsoft (marked Recommended).
Sign in on Microsoft's page and tap Accept. You come straight back.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Your mailbox is listed under Mailboxes and new mail appears in Mail.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemMicrosoft says your organisation needs an admin to approve CompanyFlowHQ.FixSend the link shown to your IT admin. When they approve, press Sign in with Microsoft again.
ProblemYou typed your password under “Other ways”.FixMicrosoft is switching off passwords for email apps. Use Sign in with Microsoft.
