Before you start
- Public careers page is on in HR settings → Careers page and offer letters.
The steps at a glance
1In the menu on the left, tap Team & HR. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
2Tap Recruitment → New job.
3Fill in Job title, Location, Pay, Type, Description and Closing date. Tick Show on the careers page. Tap Save.
4Tap Copy link and share your careers page.
5Move candidates through the stages. Use Write offer letter, then Hire and add to team.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The job shows On careers page and applications arrive as candidates.
