Urgent alerts and pop-ups on the desk
Urgent things pop up on every page and on your phone until you tap Seen, so nothing important is missed.

How it works
How it works, step by step
- Caller → CompanyFlowHQ: Marks the hand-off Urgent
- CompanyFlowHQ → Consultant's phone: Pop-up on every page and a phone notification
- Consultant's phone → CompanyFlowHQ: Taps Seen: the pop-up stops
- CompanyFlowHQ → Manager: Not seen in time? The manager gets an alert
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
An urgent item opens a box called Needs you now, on any page. It stays until you act. A soft sound plays once.
Urgent items: urgent bookings, call-back requests, and consultations nobody started.
Tap Open to jump straight to that student's card.
Tap Seen when you've read it. Why: the sender sees that you saw it, and the pop-up stops.
Several waiting? Read each one before you mark them all as seen.
Your phone gets a notification too. Tap it to open the desk at that card.
The red number on Consultation desk in the menu shows what you haven't seen yet.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The pop-up closes. The card shows that you saw it, and when.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemNo phone notifications.FixTurn on notifications on your phone (Settings → Notifications), and install the app on your home screen.
ProblemYou tapped Seen without reading.FixOpen the card from the desk. The alert is still in its Timeline.
ProblemYour manager got an alert about you.FixAn urgent hand-off wasn't seen in time. Tap Seen sooner next time.
