One page where callers hand students to consultants, and consultants see their day, with Sri Lanka time on top.
Before you start
- Bookings is switched on, and each consultant is a staff member in Bookings.
- Callers and consultants are invited to your workspace.
How it works
How it works, step by step
- Caller → CompanyFlowHQ: Books the student and fills in the hand-off
- CompanyFlowHQ → Consultant: Shows the card on the desk, with an alert
- Consultant → Student: Holds the consultation
- Consultant → CompanyFlowHQ: Taps Record outcome and picks the next step
- CompanyFlowHQ → Caller: The caller sees the outcome straight away
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
In the menu on the left, tap Consultation desk. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
At the top you see the big Sri Lanka time clock and Your time. Why: students and consultants are often in different countries.
The coloured tiles count your day: Consultations today, Urgent, Awaiting outcome and more.
Tap Consultant to see your consultations. Tap Caller to see the students you booked. Managers also see Everyone.
You only see the tabs that fit your job.
Each student is a card. Tap Show details to read everything the caller wrote.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- You see the clocks, your tiles and your own cards. New bookings appear on their own within a minute.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou can't see the Consultant tab.FixYou aren't a consultant in Bookings yet. Ask an owner to link your account to a staff member.
ProblemA card is missing.FixCallers only see students they booked. Consultants only see their own consultations.
