Open the invitation link your manager sent you. You'll see Join your team with your Invitation code already filled in.

Check your Full name, choose a Password (at least 10 characters) and tap Accept invitation.

Next you'll see Protect your account. Everyone must do this once. Pick Face ID or fingerprint, Authenticator app or Email me a code and follow the steps.

When you see You're protected, tap Continue to CompanyFlowHQ. You're now inside your company's workspace, not a new one.

From now on, go to companyflowhq.com/login. Type your own Work email and Password, tap Sign in, then do your two-step check.
✅ How do I know it worked?
At the top right you see your own name, with your company's name under it.
You see the menu items your role allows. The owner sees everything; you may see less.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou signed up on the normal sign-up page and got a new, empty company.FixThat's a separate company. Ask your manager for an invitation link and use that instead.
ProblemThe link says it can't be used.FixLinks work once and expire after 7 days. Ask your manager to send a new one.
ProblemYou lost your phone.FixOn the sign-in screen tap Lost your phone? Use a recovery code, or ask your manager for help.
