Visitor → Your website: Opens your website

The steps at a glance

In the menu on the left, tap Website. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.

At the top it says Showing real visitors. Tap Details to see what was left out.

Want every visit? Turn on Include them. Turn it off again to go back.
Hidden visits are never deleted. You can always look at them.

Tap Visitor settings. Choose which kinds stay hidden.

Under Our IP addresses, tap Add the network I'm on while at the office.

Under "Exclude my visits" link, tap Copy and send it to your team. Each person opens it once on every phone and computer.
Why: a colleague on mobile data looks like a real visitor until they do this.
✅ How do I know it worked?
Your visitor numbers drop a little, and the bar shows how many visits were hidden.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemReal customers seem to be missing.FixSome people browse through a VPN. If many of your customers do, stop hiding VPN / data centre visits in Visitor settings.
