Lost your phone? Sign in with a recovery code
New or lost phone? Sign in with one of your 10 recovery codes (or an email code), then set up two-step sign-in again.

- One of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two-step sign-in. No codes? Ask your owner or admin to reset it.

How it works, step by step
- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Tap Lost your phone? Use a recovery code
- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Type one saved code (each works once)
- CompanyFlowHQ → You: You're in: set up your new phone, make New codes
- Owner or admin → CompanyFlowHQ: No codes left? An owner or admin taps Reset
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
Sign in with your password as usual. When asked for the code, tap Lost your phone? Use a recovery code.
Type one code into Recovery code and tap Verify and sign in. Each code works once.
In Settings → Security, next to Authenticator app tap Remove, then Set up to scan the code with your new phone.
Settings Authenticator a… Remove Authenticator a… Set up Next to Recovery codes, tap New codes and save them somewhere safe. The old ones stop working.

Find it: The list you saved (Copy or Download) when you turned on two-step sign-inPaste it: Sign-in page → Recovery code
Not this: 274019 — 6 numbers is an authenticator or email code, not a recovery code.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- You're signed in, the row shows On again and Recovery codes shows a fresh 10.
