Switch features on or off (modules)
Hide the parts your business doesn't use, like Bookings or Email marketing. They leave everyone's menu and come back when you switch them on.

- Owner or admin → CompanyFlowHQ: Flip a switch in Modules
- CompanyFlowHQ → Everyone: The menu item hides (or comes back) for everyone
- CompanyFlowHQ: Nothing is deleted
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 3
In the menu on the left, tap Settings. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Scroll down to the Modules box, just under Business type & lead fields.
Flip the switch next to a module. It saves straight away — for example “Bookings switched off.”
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The menu item disappears (or comes back) for everyone. Nothing is deleted — switch it on again and everything is still there.
