Connect Zoom for meeting links
Connect your own Zoom account so video bookings, classes and instant meetings get a Zoom link by themselves.
Before you start
- A Zoom account (free or paid).
- Your owner has finished the Zoom set-up.
How it works
How it works, step by step
- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Tap Connect Zoom
- CompanyFlowHQ → Zoom: Zoom asks you to allow it — tap Allow
- Zoom → CompanyFlowHQ: For each video booking, Zoom makes a meeting
- CompanyFlowHQ → Your customer: The Zoom link goes in their emails
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Integrations. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
In Video meetings, next to Zoom, tap Connect Zoom.
Sign in to Zoom and tap Allow. You come back here and see “Zoom connected.”
Tap Use this next to Zoom. It now shows Your default.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- New video bookings show Join meeting, and the customer's confirmation email has the Zoom link.
⚠️ Common mistakes
Problem“Zoom isn't set up yet.”FixThe owner must finish the Zoom set-up first. Use Your own link meanwhile.
Problem“Zoom needs to be connected again.”FixTap Connect Zoom again — Zoom stopped accepting the old sign-in.
