Start an instant meeting
Start a video meeting straight away from a lead or in Team chat, and send the link in one tap.
Before you start
- Video meetings are set up for you (Integrations → Video meetings).
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Leads. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Open the person's profile and tap Start meeting.
Tap Send by email, Send on WhatsApp or Copy link. Then tap Join now.
In Team chat, tap the video button next to the message box. The join link is posted in the chat for everyone.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The lead's Timeline shows that you started a video meeting, with the link.

ProblemIt says there's no meeting link yet.FixSet up video meetings first (Integrations → Video meetings), or add your own link.
ProblemWhatsApp opens on your phone instead of sending.FixWhatsApp only allows a free message within 24 hours of their last one. Press send in WhatsApp.
