How it works, step by step
- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Connect Google Calendar, then Use this on Google Meet
- CompanyFlowHQ → Google Calendar: Adds each video booking to your calendar
- Google Calendar → Google Meet: Google makes a Meet link for it
- Google Meet → CompanyFlowHQ: The Meet link is added to the booking
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 3
In the menu on the left, tap Bookings & Sales. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap Connections, then Connect next to Google Calendar and choose Allow.
Open Integrations → Video meetings and tap Use this next to Google Meet.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- New video bookings show a Meet link, also in your Google Calendar.
