Use Microsoft Teams for video bookings: we make the Teams link through your Outlook calendar.

Before you start

  • A work or school Microsoft 365 account (personal Outlook.com accounts can't make Teams links).

How it works

How it works, step by step

  1. You → CompanyFlowHQ: Connect Outlook Calendar, then Use this on Teams
  2. CompanyFlowHQ → Outlook calendar: Adds each video booking to your Outlook calendar
  3. Outlook calendar → Microsoft Teams: Microsoft makes a Teams meeting for it
  4. Microsoft Teams → CompanyFlowHQ: The Teams link is added to the booking

  1. In the menu on the left, tap Bookings & Sales. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.

  2. Tap Connections, then Connect next to Outlook Calendar and allow access.

  3. Open Integrations → Video meetings and tap Use this next to Microsoft Teams.
